Mission
With the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the society we live in is undergoing rapid structural change. While digital technologies have great potential of solving societal problems, they have made our society much more complex and uncertain.
To maximize the positive impacts brought by innovation and to realize our happiness and liberty in a sustainable way, we need good governance. Unlike the traditional command-and-control model, good governance in VUCA (Volatility-Uncertainty-Complexity-Ambiguity) society should be more Swift, Multi-stakeholder, Agile, Reasonable, and Tech-driven — what we call SMART governance.
We help forward-looking businesses and public sectors to implement innovation with trust by designing the best form of SMART governance.
